We’re delighted to say that, on the back of the information gathered from your enquiry forms, we have now confirmed departure dates and costs for our various climbs, treks and tours. You will find this info on each trip itinerary link, but the detail is also listed below.

Please note that we do have a group size limit for each climb and trek departure, once 16 people are confirmed on any of those dates (and 12 for Illimani) the trip will be full. We have more flexibility on the Uyuni departures, and should be able to take up to 24 on each trip, depending on availability in the hostel accommodations.

On the flip side, minimum group size for each departure will be 6 people. Based on the interest for each trip, we are not expecting this to be an issue, however should there be any dates with low interest, we will keep you posted.

Spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis, and any booking request will be held for 2 days whilst we receive your deposit payment, after which the booking will be released if we have not received the deposit. We will look to keep you updated on spaces available on the website here.

UPDATE 14/04/2025 – all Classic Inca Trail permits have been issued on our group dates. There are still spaces on the alternative Salkantay Trek.

Please also note that we will need your full passport details to confirm the Machu Picchu ticket, so please be ready to send over a photo of your passport photo page.

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS

To confirm a booking, please either complete the new booking form on this site or send us an email to apex7@bolivianmountains.com. We will then be in contact with details on how to pay your deposit (we can take payment by card via a payment link, or bank transfer).

Deposit payments are non-refundable and are due asap, your final balance will be due 45 days before your first trip start. Deposit amounts for each trip are detailed below. The deposits for the Peru treks are higher as the permits and train tickets must be paid for up front and in full to secure them.

ALL BOLIVIA CLIMBS AND UYUNI TOURS – £50 deposit per trip
SALKANTAY TREK – £150 deposit
CLASSIC INCA TRAIL – £250 deposit required

DATES AND COSTS

Please see below the various dates and costs. Do please note that the spaces available information is not real time, we will look to update this once per day, so may not be 100% accurate. If the level of interest requires it, we may add additional dates, we will of course keep you updated if this is the case.

Please also note, space may become available on groups below if any individual cancels or transfers, or we do not receive deposit payments.
